# Usage:root>pppd call quectel-pppd
#Modem path, like /dev/ttyUSB3,/dev/ttyACM0, depend on your module, default path is /dev/ttyUSB3

#Insert the username and password for authentication, default user and password are test

# The chat script, customize your APN in this file

1.2 Start Dialing

sudo pppd call quectel-pppd

1.3 Set up DNS

modify the following file to add the DNS configuration:

vi /etc/systemd/resolved.conf

Fill in the DNS output from pppd, for example 114.114.114.114:

[Resolve]
DNS=114.114.114.114

Restart systemd-resolved service:

sudo systemctl daemon-reload
sudo systemctl restart systemd-resolved.service

Stop other network ports if necessary:

sudo ifconfig eth0 down
sudo ifconfig eth1 down
