I2S support for NanoPi M4

We have tested 2ch, but not yet tested 8ch, need to check and modify the dts configuration：

 arch/arm64/boot/dts/rockchip/rk3399-nanopi4-common.dtsi

 arch/arm64/boot/dts/rockchip/rk3399-nanopi4-rev01.dts
